Cedar shakes are not only timeless. they are weather and rot resistant. this customer had painted shakes when they bought the property but wanted to bring out the natural beauty of the cedar. in doing so, we were able to address several issues that come with owning and older home, such as adding sheathing to the wall, re-anchoring a cable line, removing unneeded wires, and re-mount loose electrical.
